Let me start out by saying I have serious hair stylist trust issues. For over 20 years they have been trying yo give me the same Jennifer Anniston haircut from Friends That's not what I want. I went to Rick for the first time recently. He gave me just the right amount of layers and bang to make me look up to date with current hair trends. Finally someone that listened! He's talented with a eye for face shape, hair texture, and overall design. I will not go anywhere else.
I'm fairly new to the area and had been searching for a new stylist for some time, my hair was a horror show by the time I booked her. I chose Maddy Wright and let me tell you, I walked out of there looking like a movie star. I took all of her recommendations and she did her thing! I didn't even show her the picture of what I wanted until after and she did so much better! She's friendly and professional and definitely skilled! Thanks Maddy!
Nikki was fantastic! I called requesting a consultation to take my box-dyed black and red hair to a light red/copper color. She got me in the next day and did a very thorough consultation that made me feel very confident in her ability to get the job done. She was able to work me into her schedule in a reasonable time frame and successfully lightened my hair to a light copper color, just like I had asked for, without damaging my hair. I look forward to returning to her to maintain my color!
Went in for just a cut and got full highlights from Lisa . I've gone to several salons in the past year but this is it . I have found my salon and stylist. Lisa is amazing and knows her stuff. Her station is absolutely awesome and private. If you read reviews you have to go to this place and see Lisa
Amber Fernandez is the very best! She takes the extra time to make sure her clients are happy. She's extremely artistic, perfectionist and always does a great job! Roots Salon is beautifully decorated, clean and they really cater to their customers. It's honestly the best salon in St. Pete. Highly recommended.

She is a colorist specialist - We are blown away how she understands Exactly what we need & what we are looking for.
